Beginning May 16, 2013, Frontier Airlines will begin service from Eugene Airport (EUG), according to a press release from the airline.
Frontier describes itself as being the only low-fare airline to offer direct flight service from Eugene to Denver, offering connecting flights to other cities served by the airline, such as Dallas/Fort Worth, Kansas City, Minneapolis and Orlando.
“We are excited to offer our low fares to residents in Oregon,” said Daniel Shurz, Frontier’s senior vice
president, commercial. “Travelers in the area will enjoy our low fares to Denver aboard our comfortable
A319 aircraft, featuring DIRECTV(r) service in every seatback and five rows of STRETCH seating and will
have a chance to discover all the improvements we have made to FlyFrontier.com over the past few
months.”

Frontier will offer flights three days per week from Eugene, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays departing at 2:35 p.m. Flights returning from Denver will operate the same days, leaving at 12:15 p.m. and arriving in Eugene at 1:55 p.m.

Tim Doll, AAE. “The addition of these flights will bring much needed added seat capacity for east-bound
travel and provide our passengers with more options for reaching their destinations.”
